She is survived by: her mother Joann Fraley Horton; her husband Jay W. Stevens; her children, John Stevens (Lisa) of Lucas, OH, Jennifer Beebe (Michael) of Shelby, OH and Sarah Murr (Jay) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Jocelyn Dickerson (Andrew), Jaylin Baker (Austin), Colton Stevens and Penny Murr; her great grandchildren, Luke and Parker Dickerson; and her siblings, Dale Faye (Easter), Brent Fay, Stan Fay and Bonnie Fay (Bonnie).
