She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Penrod and Mary Penrod (McKinney); her husband John Douglas; her son John; her grandchildren, Curtis Douglas and Ashleigh Lindsay; her great grandchild Patience Lindsay; and her brothers, Leland, George, Wesley and Dale Penrod.
She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Bowman (Brent) of Mansfield; her stepdaughter Tara Woodlee (Jim) of Texas; her grandchildren, Rachel Burkhart (Billy), Cearra Bowman, Casey Holloway (Christina), Corey Holloway (Gillian), Brent Bowman Jr., Timmy Douglas and Cassandra Douglas; her great grandchildren, Bryson Holloway, Laney Burkhart and Rylan Baker; and her sisters, Pam Smith (Frank) of Galion, Sherrie Grove of Florida and Debbie Smith of Galion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
