She was predeceased by: her father Jacob Moomaw; her husband Roger Allan Smith; and her son Randall "Randy" Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Ron Smith (Susie) of Dublin and Ryan Smith (Debbie) of Dublin; her daughter-in-law Leigh Ann Smith of Texas; her grandchildren, Melanie Hardesty (B. J.), Katie Smith, Samantha Smith, Sarah Smith, Sydney Smith, Kristin Zersen (Kelly), Ashley Novickas (Rob), Scott Smith, Jason Colley (Shelley), Adam Colley (Holly) and Josh Colley (Kelly); and her sister Kathy Schodorf (John). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
