He is survived by: his mother Jeanette Spangler (Fisher); his wife Linda Spangler (Payne); his sons, Scott Spangler of La Grande and Eric Spangler (Abi) of Shelby; his granddaughter Lynlee Spangler; his siblings, Debra Spangler of Shelby, Gary Spangler (Debby) of Shelby, Linda Whited (Ed) of Shelby and Douglas Spangler (Dawn Cantleberry); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Thompson (Tommy) of Shelby and George Payne of Norwalk; his mother-in-law Doris Payne-Biglin; and also Karyanne Spangler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
