It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Noel Sr. of Shelby, Ohio, born in Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Noel and Leota M. Noel (Thomas); his son Randell J Noel; and his siblings, Darrell Noel, Terrell Noel, Zola Morrison and Joan Minnear.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth J. Noel (Meyer); his children, Russell J. Noel (Lisa) of Atoka, Robin T. Stiteler of Shelby and Ronald T. Noel Jr. (Sharon) of Shelby; and his brother Dwight C. Noel (Kaye) of Mansfield. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
