He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Norris and Freda Norris (Kindleberger); and his sisters, Irene Baker and Jan Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Judy Jayne Norris (Sand); his children, Todd Norris of Tucson, AZ, Troy Norris (Diana) of Fresno, CA, Toby Norris of Sandpoint, ID and Tracy Martin (Todd) of Vail, AZ; and his stepchildren, Brian Love of Tucson, AZ and Angie Moyer (Dave) of Mansfield. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Penwell Funeral Home (168 W Main St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
