He is survived by: his children, Jacob Blevins (Jamie Robinson) of Wakeman, OH, Paul Blevins of Bellville, OH and Lori Myers (Derek) of New Port Ritchey, FL; his grandchildren, Kara Lyne Smith, Charlie Oney and Samantha Oney; and his brothers, Jim Blevins (Janet) of Shelby, Bruce Blevins (Rosemary) of Shelby, Virgil Blevins of Shelby, Steve Blevins (Jennifer) of Shelby and Randy Blevins of Man, WV.. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
