He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Leroy and Catherine Mae Cook (Bradrick); his grandson Paul Michael Roberts; his brother Paul Eugene "Gene" Cook; and also Margie L. Cook (Smith).
He is survived by: his children, Debra "Cookie" Roberts of Mansfield, Carol Diane Roza (Jeff) of Ontario, Catherine Schaffer (Bob) of Shelby and Michael Cook (Karen) of Shelby; and his sisters, Mona Gaff of North Carolina and Loeta Pfau (Eddy) of Florida. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 1 great great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and left in care of the funeral home.
