She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Young and Helen Young (Poorman); her husband Charles Fox; her brother Norm Young; her son Ronald E. Milligan II; her grandson Eric Milligan; and her close friend Sam Ward.
She is survived by: her children, John Milligan (Melani) of Bowling Green, David Milligan (Angel) of Shelby and Sherri Janeczek of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Aubrey Milligan of Delta, Austin Milligan of Bowling Green, Nathan Milligan of Shelby, Sara Milligan of Shelby, Dana Kerr of Bowling Green, Brandon Milligan of Mansfield, Brandy Milligan of Shelby, Joseph of Mansfield, Xena Janeczek of Mansfield and Zachary Janeczek of Mansfield; and her siblings, Linda Smith of Marion, Helen Farrel (Jim) of Findlay, Michael Young of Marion, Brenda Sue Rogers (Kevin) of Marion, Rob Young (Lori) of Marion, Jeff Young (Kathy) of Marion, Keith Young (Christi) of Bucyrus and Scott Young (Joshlyn Thomas) of Marion. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
