He is survived by: his siblings, John Adkins, Gary Adkins, Phyllis Hamons and Wanda Manning; and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Brayden Carpenter, Erica Stuart, Jason, Lisa, Amy Roberts and Malachi Carpenter.
