He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Ebert and Stella Louis Sexton (Prater); his wife Tamako Sexton; and his siblings, Stephen Sexton, Mary Sallier-Thibabaux and Leslie Dawn Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Roy Sexton (Mary Cox) of Mansfield, Montei Sexton (Cindy Bui) of Columbus and Alvin Sexton (Julie George) of Clarkson, Michigan; his grandchildren, Lisa Parker James (Sexton) of Michigan, Austin Courtney (Posey) of Batavia, Tyler Cheyenne (Tudor) of Mansfield, Cooper Sexton of Clarkston Michigan and Tony Bui of Columbus; his great grandchildren, Aden, Everlynn of Allen, AJ, Grant, Preston, Jordan and Mallory; and his sister Janet Neptune of Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.
