She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Bolinger and Lennette Cross (Smith). She is survived by: her husband John Johnson; her children, Renee' Hopkins (Brian) of Ontario, Jerraca Leslie of Shelby, Samantha Kent (Andrew) of Defiance, Josh Potts of Shelby and Clarissa Gurik of Shelby; her stepson David Johnson (Jessica) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Elijah, Evangeline, Elliott, Aidan, Shawn, Cassidy, Mia and Ruby; and her sisters, Deborah S. Slanaker of Springfield and Vicki L. Bolinger of Medina. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
