She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Jacomme of Fair Haven, NJ, John Hoak, Jr. of Shelby, Nancy Foltz (Ronald) of Lexington, OH and Patricia Sampson (Michael) of Moscow, ID. She is also survived by ten nephews and nieces.
