Garrett Sr. of Shelby, Ohio, born in Shiloh, Ohio, who passed away on June 16, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Garrett and Mabel Garrett (Dreier); and his sisters, Marilyn Shoup and Janice Brown. He is survived by: his wife Diana R. Garrett (Vorndran); his children, Rhonda Terhune (Alan) of Norris, TN and Raymond E. Garrett, Jr. (Pam) of New Washington; his grandchildren, Ashley Bradley (Ryan), Courtney Garrett, Brandon Miller and Daniel Garrett; his great grandchildren, James Matlock, Nathan Matlock, Nolan Bradley and Harlyn Garrett; his sister Delores Estes (Roger) of Lima; and his nephew Bryan (Stacey Brown). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
