He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Blevins and Betty Blevins (Sergent); his siblings, Ronald, Steve and Kathy; and his nieces, Angie Robertson, Sharon Verburg and Keisha Blevins.
He is survived by: his significant other Jennifer Blevins; his children, Tommy of Landfill, Andy of Landfill, Brandon of Landfill, Havannah of Landfill and Joseph Blevins (Butter) of Landfill; and his brothers, Jimmy Blevins (Janet) of Shelby, Bruce Blevins (Rose) of Shelby and Virgil Blevins (Melanie Lewis) of Shelby. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
