He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Thauvette and Vera Thauvette (Hatch). He is survived by: his wife Linda Thauvette (Huvler); his children, Andrea Doriot (Mike) of Mobile, John Thauvette of Shelby, Terra Steindl (Peter) of Raleigh and Charissa McComas of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Aleigha, Jordyn Thauvette, Kiersten, Kayla McComas, Cameron and Madison Doriot; and his brother-in-law Scott Huvler (Barb).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Team Focus. this is a comprehensive community and outreach program that provides youth boys without a father figure in their life with leadership skills, guidance, Godly values and a continual relationship with a mentor.
