She is survived by: her children, Scott Conard (Heather) and Shari Conard; her grandchildren, Sam Baker (Bethany), Jaekob Conard, Jillian Conard and Kaitlyn Ewbank; her great grandchild Isabella Baker; and her siblings, Linda Zehner (Dick), Sharon Moore, Edward Amert Jr. and Mike Amert (Jackie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
