Paula Egner Obituary
The memory of Paula Egner of Shelby, Ohio, who passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin D. Brown and Wilma Justine Brown (Staton); her husband Art; and her brother David Brown. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Egner (Lisa), Cheryl Gregory (William), Braden Egner, Anna Smith (Brent), Casey Egner (Carrie), Joan Egner and Kristen Egner (Luis); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Trenton, Chase, Mason, Carson, Addison, Peyton, Bryson, Preston, Lillian, Madelyn, Nora, Maxwell, Sloan, Watson, Grey and Reese; her brother Mark Brown (Jill); and her sister-in-law Marilyn Bates. She is also survived by six nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barkdull Funeral Home (33 N Gamble St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In place of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Paula's Volunteer caregiver, Natalie Rossman, who provided a desperately needed respite for Paula's family.
