He was predeceased by: his father Robert Albert; and his brother James Precht. He is survived by: his close friend Christine Cartier; and his siblings, Jerome Precht of Shelby, OH, Patti Lauderbaugh (Gary) of Shelby, OH and Roberta Coomer (Ron) of Butlerville, OH..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio at 1021 Dauch Dr., Ashland, OH 44805.
