She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo L. Norris and Martha Norris (Studer). She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Biglin; her children, Michael Andrew Biglin and Sally Ann Biglin of Shelby; and her father-in-law Lawrence Biglin of Shelby. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, her special neighborhood friends and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorial expressions may be made to The Hospice of North Central Ohio at 1021 Dauch Dr, Ashland, OH 44805.
