He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Kollar and Pearl O. Kollar (Fisher); his siblings, Sharon Hartge and Mark Kollar; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Hartge Sr. and Garry Seibert.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Kollar of Logan, NM, Jesse Kollar (Kathy) of Corinth, KY, Viola Kollar of Mansfield, Jim Kollar (Barb) of Loudonville and Lona Seibert of Shelby; and also Lona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Barkdull Funeral Home to help offset funeral costs.
