She was predeceased by: her parents, William David and Mary. She is survived by: her husband David William Melick; her children, Karen Knapp (John) of Wooster, OH, Mark Melick (Donna) of Fort Gay and Andrew Melick (Jennifer) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Tyler, Danielle, Debbie, Phillip and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Reagan and Willow; and her sister Janet Asaro (John).
