He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin and Elizabeth Ida Ramey (Wagner). He is survived by: his sons, Chris Ramey (Kathy Gruber) of Perrysburg and Matt Ramey (Lisa Tompkins) of Westerville; his grandchildren, Andy Craft (Alex) of Mansfield, Tara Ramey of Oregon, Selena Ramey of Perrysburg, Max Ramey of Lewis Center and Chloe Ramey of Lewis Center; his great grandchild Asher Craft; and his siblings, Junior Ramey (Brenda) of Shelby, Linda Caudill (Robert) of Shelby and Brenda Stamper (Darrell) of Shelby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
