He is survived by: his wife Anna Dick (Metcalf); his son Michael Jay Dick (Pam) of Wise, Virginia; his granddaughter Jennifer Moore (Travis); his great grandchild Truman Michael Moore; his close friend Dave Brooks (Beth); and also, Bailey Brooks, Sara Welter (Justin), Connor, Ava, Sadie, Danny Pennell (Leah) and Finnley.
