She is survived by: her husband Arvin; her children, Tina Thompson (John), Randy Hawkins (Cyndi), Steve Hawkins (Terri) of New Washington and Brian Hawkins (Ken Keener) of Galion; her grandchildren, Jeremy Hawkins (Marisa), Brandon Hawkins (Amber), Roger Hawkins (Rachel), Ashley Hawkins, Andy Hawkins, Katelyn Hawkins, Hannah Hawkins and Becca Hawkins; and her siblings, Sharon Kay Bartley, Terri Elswick (Roger) of Elkhorn City, KY, Ronald Ratliff (Brenda) of Elkhorn City, KY, Michael Ratliff (Legena) and Jerry Ratliff (Nikki) of Paintsville, KY.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
