She is survived by: her children, Mark Fagan (Elaine) of Shelby and Marsha Fagan Huffman of Upper Sandusky, Ohio; her grandchildren, Blake Spicer and Holly Spicer; her great grandchild Colson Spicer; and her brothers, Jack Martin (Lucy) of Elizabeth City, NC. and Peter Martin of Lucas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
