She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Wagoner and Stella Smith. She is survived by: her children, Junior Wagoner (Violet) of Shelby, Lester H. Ramey (Brenda) of Galion, Julie Ann Page (Louis) of Cincinnati, Roger Ramey of Mansfield, Donald "Duke" Ramey of Mansfield, Randy Ramey of Greenwich, Richard "Ricky" Ramey of Salt Lick, Kentucky and Stephanie Bowman; her brother Willie Wagoner (Novenda) of Morehead, KY; her grandsons, Jimmy and Maysen; her great grandchild Harper; her son Bobby Wagoner; and her significant other Lester Ramey. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory to offset funeral costs.
