She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Metzger and Mae Metzger (Sutter); and her siblings, Hubert Metzger, John Metzger, Leo Metzger, Clement Metzger, Carl Joseph Metzger, Nellie Young, Rosemary Keller, Sr., Celine Metzger (Agnes) and Loretta Paskert.

She is survived by: her husband Mark L. Rietschlin; her children, Sam Rietschlin (Angela) of Crestline, Heidi Rietschlin of Mansfield, Andy Rietschlin (Paula) of Shelby, Heather Shepherd (Ron) of Shelby, Carrie Kemerer (Michael) of Crestline and Jake Rietschlin (Jessica) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Luke, Marshall, Nathan, Grace, Elizabeth, Michael, Louie, Karen, Veronica, Jude and Charlie; her brothers, Joe Metzger (Lynne) of Marion and Jim Metzger (Janice) of Chardon; her sisters-in-law, Pat Metzger and Alice Metzger; and her cousin Rosemary Sutter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Sacred Heart School, Shelby.
