He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Marie Shick; his father-in-law William D. Foreman; and his grandson Alexander W. Shick. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Shick (Foreman); his sons, Christopher Owen Shick (Charisse) of Mansfield, Brian Dale Shick of Mansfield and Eric James Shick (Peggy) of Glendale, AZ; his grandchildren, Hannah, Mackenzie Shick, Tiffany Ringler, Mykenna, Chloe and Caroline Schlorb; his mother-in-law Dorothy Foreman; and his brother-in-law Terry Foreman of Shelby.
