She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Culbertson and Jewell M. Culbertson (Salyers); her husband John Plew; her daughter Ashley Plew; and her siblings, Michael Culbertson, Jacky Combs, Phillip Combs and Shirley Deskins.

She is survived by: her son Chad Plew of Sunbright, Tennessee; and her grandsons, Cameron Plew and Cayden Plew. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
