He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Adkins and Helen Adkins (Ward); his siblings, Aaron Adkins and Carol Jean Whisman; his grandchildren, Keneth Adkins and Jerrica Adkins; and his great grandchild Wesley Fogle.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Schnuerer (Jeff), Timothy Adkins (Tracy), Kenneth Adkins (Lora) and Jason Adkins. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, and extended family.
