He is survived by: his mother Alberta Stephens (Sexton); his daughters, Ashley Prichard (Bobby) of Shelby and Jamie Stephens (Justin Fields) of Shelby; his stepgranddaughter Carrie Prichard of Amherst; his sisters, Darlene Tackett, Sherry Perry (Shannon) and Penny Zachariah (Ted); his nephew Brad Crose; and his family, Cass, Bloominggrove, OhioHealth Shelby Hospital and David. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
