She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus Shrewsbury and Dora Shuck Shrewsbury; and her brother William Shrewsbury. She is survived by: her husband David Allen Owens; her daughter Kimberly A. Stevens (Thomas); her siblings, Leon Shrewsbury, Gary Shrewsbury (Sue), Janice Archie and Carol McKinney; and her grandchild Callie Paxton.
