It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Ramey of Shelby, Ohio, born in Ontario, Ohio, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bowman Frederick and Opal Frederick (Brown); and her husband Robert Lee "Bob" Ramey. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Vore (Ed) of Lexington, Dave Ramey (Diane) of Lexington and Jeff Ramey of Shelby; and her grandsons, Joey Vore and Ben Vore.
