He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Heber Rice, Evalee Rice, Tim Fogle and Roger Sqrow; and his great-grandparents, John Boner and June Boner.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles H. Rice (Debra) of Shelby and Melissa J. Wechter (Jerry) of Shelby; his siblings, Leah Crum (Joshua Gold), Destiny Godwin, Kamryn Wechter, Bethany Baker (Samuel), Daniel Rice and Jared Rice; his nephew Mannix Crum; his uncles, Wes Rice (Carla), Shannon Fogle (Melinda Wenger) and Derek Sqrow (Tina); his cousins, Anthony Rice (Stephanie), Hayden Rice, Caleb Rice, Emma Fogle, Aubrey Leclair, Keagen Sqrow, Hannah and Jake Wenger; and his grandparents, Bob Summerton (Mina) and Patty Sqrow.
In lieu of flowers, contributions honoring Joshua's fight against addiction may be made to the Wellness and Addiction Recovery Services Center, 390 Marion Avenue, Mansfield, Ohio 44903. Jay Industries will be making a donation in Joshua's name.
