It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Robertson of Shelby, Ohio, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Whitney and Bertha Agnes Robertson (Mayer); his wife Freda E. Robertson; his siblings, William Robertson (Jennie), George Robertson (Hazel), Carmilita "Nicki" Dority (Jack), Edessa Hollenbaugh (Frank), Reita Kitzmiller (Richard), Mary Veronica Robertson and Alberta Robertson; and his son-in-law John Eshelman.
He is survived by: his children, Gerald "Gary" Robertson (Cindy) of Gahanna, Danny Robertson (Lois) of Shelby, David Robertson (Gwen) of Shelby and Rebecca "Becky" Meadows (Raymond) of Mt. Gilead, Ohio. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 5 step-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, private family graveside services will be held at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Cemetery with Father Chris Mileski officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's School, 26 West St., Shelby, Ohio 44875.
