He is survived by: his wife Shelley Kuhns (Evans); his children, Amanda Jo Mata of Tiffin and Anthony Kuhns of Tiffin; his grandchildren, Kaia, Cora and Sophia; his stepchildren, Brennan Osborn of Cleveland and Luke Rundag of Mansfield; and his close friends, Dawn Irving, Dwight and Brandi Gregory. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
