He was predeceased by: his siblings, Howard, Chuck Knapp, Wanda Weber, Marjorie May and Kay Ewalt.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Knapp (Flaherty); his children, Kevin Knapp (Lucy), Melanie Lapmarado (Robert) and Susan Foliano (Mike); his grandchildren, Kyle Knapp and Sophia Foliano; and his sister Helene Albert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives.
