It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Hale (Shelby, Ohio), born in Willard, Ohio, who passed away on March 4, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Cassie Mullins, Ralph Hale, Kerry Hale, Jacqueline Hale, Archer Hale and Nelson Hale.
He is survived by: his parents, Glenn Hale and Edna Hale (Shepherd); his son Jeremy Hale; his granddaughter Phoenix Hale; and his siblings, Glenna Hale, Julia Hale, Darrell Hale, John Hale and Vickie Hale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
