He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bailey and Jeanette Bailey (Hicks); and his brother Kenneth Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Susan Slone (Tony) of Shelby and Mike Snyder (Brenda) of Shelby; his grandchildren, Garth Snyder (Kayla) of Shelby, Dr. Bailey White (Cole) of Upper Arlington, Sierra Hamrick (Bryce) of Shelby and Macy Fetzer (Bryce) of North Carolina; his great grandchildren, Carter Fetzer, Anastasia Snyder, Cora Fetzer, Cali Fetzer, Olivette Hamrick and Bodhi White; his children, Jamie Tucker of Portsmouth, Jenniffer Baily of Piqua and Jerry D Bailey of Orient; and his siblings, Jimmie Bailey (Joyce) of Shiloh, Steve Bailey of Mansfield, John Bailey (Diane) of Mansfield, Linda Gayheart (Harmon) of Willard and Brenda Swanger of Shelby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
