She is survived by: her children, Ma'Kayla Boice (Ricky Forwith) of Shelby, Allissa Boice (James Hall) of Mansfield and Kane Bago of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Hunter Forwith, Lake Forwith, Penelope Forwith and Kairo Hall; the father of her children Ryan Boice; her nephew Gavyn Rollins; her grandfather Ronald Rigsby (Carol) of Lexington; her aunts and uncles, Ronda Shrimplin (Jerry) of Mansfield, Jason Amick (Lanetta) of Mansfield and Debra Waugh (Joe) of Louisa, KY; and her close friend Jessica Watts.
