She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Kay Brantley (Rigsby); her brother Travis Brantley; her grandmother Donna Kay Hamm Kennedy; and her cousin Jonathon Rigsby. She is survived by: her children, Ma'Kayla Boice (Ricky Forwith) of Shelby, Allissa Boice (James Hall) of Mansfield and Kane Bago of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Hunter Forwith, Lake Forwith, Penelope Forwith and Kairo Hall; the father of her children Ryan Boice; her nephew Gavyn Rollins; her grandfather Ronald Rigsby (Carol) of Lexington; her aunts and uncles, Ronda Shrimplin (Jerry) of Mansfield, Jason Amick (Lanetta) of Mansfield and Debra Waugh (Joe) of Louisa, KY; and her close friend Jessica Watts.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arc Empowerment Center (378 Park Ave W, Mansfield, OH 44903). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
