He is survived by: his wife Linda Sperk (Caskey); his sons, Ryan Sperk (Kelly) of Oxford, AL and Travis Sperk (Danaeé) of Gahanna, OH; his grandchildren, Cameron Sperk, Madison Sperk, Karly Sperk, Kade Sperk and Kash Sperk; and his siblings, Pete Sperk (Karen) of Shelby, Marilyn Neff (Brad) of Tarpon Springs, FL and Cindy Montgomery (Duke) of Mansfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
