He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett L. Dick and Ava Dick (Sipe); his wife Mary Ann Walker; and his sons, Dr. Michael Dick and William Dick.
He is survived by: his son Daniel E. Dick of Egg Harbor, NJ; his grandchildren, Kathryn Crane (Justin) of Sandy, UT, Kelsey Dick of Charleston, SC and David Dick (Jayme) of West Jordan, UT; his great grandchildren, Kylie and Alexander Crane; his friend Sondra Shellman; his nephew Tom Walker (Linda); and also, Leslie Dick, Rick, Bev Johnston, Greg, Stephanie Hummel, Chris and Marlene Adkins.
