Magers of Shelby, Ohio, born in Tiro, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Magers; his grandson Mark Berlin; his siblings, Charles Magers, Ruth Mack, Esther Cahill, Eleanor Hench, Naomi Ransom and Evelyn Weible; and his brother-in-law Joe Pfahler.
He is survived by: his children, Marcy Holton (Doug) of St. Louisville, OH, Kim Magers of Mansfield, Kyle Perez, Sally Staton (Bobby Hicks, Jr.) of Plymouth and John Magers (Tammy) of Shelby; and his grandchildren, Melanie Tackett, Melissa Lybarger, Adam Magers (Katie), Jessica Bolen (Steven), Rachel Adkins (Michael), Slade Magers and Will Magers. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
