He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Thomas and Alberta Smith (Wallace); and his brothers, Ralph and Perry Smith. He is survived by: his children, Trevor Smith (Amber) of Tucson, AZ and Kimberly Wimer (Keith) of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Anyce and Zayden Smith; and his siblings, Peggy Moyer (Carl) of Shelby, Anthony Smith (Tammy) of Shelby and Clarence Smith (Christy) of Plymouth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
