He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Rasnick and Nannie Rasnick (Cecil) of Mt. Sterling; his close friend Jan Navarre of Port Arthur, TX; and his siblings, William Rasnick (Katherine), Berta Rasnick, Lillian Heiner (Doc), Sarah Dotson (Lacy) and Carolyn McKenzie (Charles).
He is survived by: his niece Barbara Dotson Eakins (Jim Eakins) of Shelby; and his close friends, Bob and Charli Kiser of San Antonio, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
