It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Junior Stamper II of Shelby, Ohio, born in Fostoria, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Winans; and his brother Chris Winans. He is survived by: his children, Adain and Addie Stamper; his father James Stamper Sr.; and his siblings, Terri Risner, Debbie Burkhalter (Tim), Becky Burkhalter (Jeremy), Jamilyn Stamper, Mark Winans, Brian Winans, Dave Winans and Jim Winans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
