He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Hubbard and Magnora Hubbard (Miller); and his siblings, Virginia Whited, Sadie Street, Ann Marcolina, Mary Brewer, Myrtle Meyers, Jack Hubbard and Jerry Hubbard.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hubbard (Baldwin); his children, Wanda Ruth Hess (Mark) of Shelby, Ohio and James "Len" Hubbard (Judy) of Sidney, Ohio; his grandchildren, Josh Hess (Shaan), Chelsea Weissman (Kevin), Lindsay Headings (Kaleb), Sarah Frilling (Jordan) and Matthew Hubbard; his stepgrandchildren, Rusty Shaffer (Jenny) and Eric Shaffer (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Kaycee Hess, Max Hess, Sophia Headings, Lillian Headings, Carter Frilling and Archie Frilling; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Wyatt Shaffer, Zach Shaffer, Austin Shaffer, Dailyn Shaffer, Morgan Shaffer, Marian Shaffer, Elizzabeth Shaffer and Alexander Shaffer; and his siblings, Bill Hubbard of Shelby and Betty Shepherd (Garland) of Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
