He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman J. Dick and Florence Dick (Horner); his wife Doris; and his children, Rebecca Rosby, Douglas and Matthew Dick.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Eberts (Brad) and Craig (Neil); his grandchildren, Jessica Rasoletti (Paul), Natalie Jacobs (Jeremy), Brad J. Eberts (Kári), Angela Bernhardt (Nick) and Garrett Cooke; his close friend Marge Enzor; and his brothers, William and Douglas. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, as well as his classmate, companion.
