He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Payne and Rose M. Payne (Arcudi); and his brother Eugene R. "Butch" Payne. He is survived by: his significant other Stacy Crosby; his sons, Jeff Payne (Abby) of Shelby, John Payne (Erin) of Marshalltown, IA, Jason Payne (Claudia) of Mansfield and Jeremy Payne (Jamie) of New Port Richey, FL; the mother of his children Jacqueline Bauer; and his grandchildren, Darien, Kaylee, Caden Payne, Brecken, Bryson Payne, Isabella Payne and Jaxon.
